What exactly is the challenge?
One kilometre on a treadmill, against a six-minute countdown. You control the belt speed the whole way. Finish 1KM before the clock hits zero and your exact time — down to the centisecond — is your official result.
How does the Relay work?
A Relay team is 4 runners covering 4KM in total — each athlete runs 1KM, one after another. Your team's combined time is your result. One entry (RM150) covers the whole team of four.
What happens if I don't finish within the cap?
If the six-minute cap ends before you complete 1KM, your run is recorded as CAP. You still take part, your distance still counts toward your PAI distance points — only the rank bonus requires a finish.
Can I choose my own start time?
Yes. Time slots are released at registration and you pick your heat when you enter. Slots are limited per heat, first come first served.
What time should I arrive?
45 minutes before your slot. You'll need your IC or passport for check-in and for prize collection.
How is the event scored?
Men's and Women's divisions are ranked separately by finish time. Every result also converts to PAI points — distance points for the work done, plus a rank bonus for the top 20 in each division — which accumulate across every PR0TOCOL event in the 2026 Series.
What do I get with my entry?
Your race entry, the PR0TOCOL Performance Tee, and your official result recorded permanently on your athlete profile at protocolracing.com.
Can I get a refund or transfer my slot?
Entries are non-refundable. Slot transfers may be allowed up to a cut-off date before the event — see the Rules & Regulations for the full policy.
